The condo has everything you need inside , the outside could have better landscaping but that’s not Ricky’s problem. Great place to stay, get your rest and move around the city.

Ricky’s condo was very comfortable and very nice place to stay. The area around was nice & quiet. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. We were family of 7 and we had more than enough room for everyone. The place was also very clean. Thanks for having us Ricky!

Ricky was very nice and responsive. I did appreciate the early check in and zero check list to do at check out time. The place was well stock and clean. Location to highway was easy. However, we did run in to some problems that was the area/property. 1. The pool has been close for sometime/ the sign said march 2025. We book in June 2025. It was disappointment that Ricky was not up to date with this information. I would have book somewhere else for my kids. 2. We were next to the gate, the gate was malfunctioning everyday. It keeps alarming nonstop. The code didn’t work for us, we tailgate or just go when it is open. 3. The mattress has a huge concave area, it was uncomfortable. 4. The fan/AC was available in each room, it was cool enough, alittle struggling.

Stayed at Ricky’s place for a couple days to sight see in Houston. It was located in a lovely neighborhood and close to many things. It was clean and well appointed. The air conditioning seems to struggle a bit but overall it was a lovely stay.

My family and I had a nice day. As stated in a previous guest review, the AC definitely was hard to keep up with the place the fans help a little however, the host was very active in trying to get it serviced but even after it was serviced it didn’t go below 73. Overall the place was very clean and location in the center of Houston almost 15 to 20 minutes from everything.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ricky’s place was exactly what we needed for our Houston trip! The home was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood that made it easy to relax after long, activity-packed days. The beds were super comfy, the water pressure was amazing (yes, that matters!), and the location—right across from the pool—was a total bonus. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Ricky’s place was a great spot for our family vacation. It was spacious enough for our family! It did not take long for us to get to the museum district and several nice parks. The pool area looked refreshing, but our days were packed with other activities. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. As expected, Houston is very warm at the end of June. The AC worked very hard to keep up. The several blade less fans throughout the two story apartment helped to keep us comfortable in the evenings. Communication with Ricky was easy. He was very proactive and quick to respond. We are glad that we found Ricky’s place.

We stayed at Ricky's place for almost a week and it immediately felt like home. It is like literally in the middle of everything. The space was clean and comfortable with so many well thought out amenities. Ricky was amazing. His response time should be tracked as it is was indeed remarkable along with his patience, lol. I will 100% look to book this space again as Houston is slowly becoming our second home.

Ricky’s place was clean, well organized, and was as described in his listing. Property was easy to find and it was close to what we wanted to do while visiting Houston. His place had all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Hisnpalce was dog friendly and close to a park, within walking distance. This is a plus for us. He was a great host and was always available when he was needed.

Ricky was very responsive and even let us check in early. Great location and very clean. Loved that there was no pet fee. My only complaint was the mattress. It had a large concave spot in the middle and clearly needs to be replaced. I would have given 5 stars if the mattress wasn't so uncomfortable.

Ricky is a great host, his response time for answers to questions was lightening fast. He worked with me to allow for an early check-in, which was great because I was exhausted. The bed was very comfortable and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The snacks and coffee were yummy and so nice to have, particularly since I was "bone-tired" and didn't have time to shop on arrival. This is a wonderful airbnb, I definitely would book this again. The pros: This place is the perfect location to downtown Houston. It's an end unit (so only one neighbor), has a washer &dryer upstairs, pet friendly with a dog park right across the street, reserved covered parking at end of unit (2 parking passes). The cons: Mentioned to owner mattresses need replaced (said he would look into it), squealing noise from plumbing in 2nd bathroom when running the shower. Seriously, not a bad place and great location! Owner is very courteous and responsive to all texts. Tons of restaurants, 3 grocery stores. and a Walmart within 5-10 minutes. Would stay there again.

The location couldn’t have been better for us. My son and I played pickleball for the first time, which the equipment was provided for us and very much appreciated that the host had it stocked with snacks and water too. Highly recommend!

We took my kids to their first Houston Texans game and had the best time! We didn’t want to make the long drive home and made a staycation out of it. The kids loved the pool location right across from the place before the game and had fun at the aquarium just a few miles away. The place itself had tons of space comfortable pillows and very very clean we felt right at home. Ricky the host was extremely helpful the whole time with a map of the property as well.
