Absolutely loved our stay. Cabin was quiet, peaceful and perfect for any family. Close enough to town to easily be able to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to relax from the hustle and bustle. We had two family's with three children and had plenty of room for every to be able to be together or have their own space. I would recommend it to everyone and stay with my family again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice. If you have kids it’s worth the money to have your own private pool. The driveway is a little tricky but once you go in and out once or twice you get used to it. Ricky was very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

The cabin was a perfect getaway! Private and quiet but still close to everything. My 2 year old and 4 year old loved the playroom and of course the pool! Cabin was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was an AMAZING stay , I traveled from New York to North Carolina for my graduation and this was a gift from my mom and we went as a family to Tennessee , we all had an amazing time ! We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Sevierville, TN! The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the mountains every morning was pure magic. The property itself was spotless and so well-maintained, with everything we needed to relax and unwind. The pool indoor pool was perfect, and the hot tub was the ideal way to end the day. It really felt like a private oasis. Plus, there’s so much to do nearby—hiking trails, charming shops, great restaurants, and of course, all the fun of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just a short drive away. Ricky, our host, was exceptional—super friendly, incredibly responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled adventure, this is the spot.

The house is beautiful and the setting is private and peaceful. It’s about a 15-minute drive to local attractions, but that’s because the roads are winding. It’s very nice to be away from some of the tourist traps, but it’s close enough to spend every day at the National Park (parking passes are only $5 a day) and do day hikes before returning to relax in the hot tub or cooling off in the pool. The space is great- perfect for a family or girls trip and it has everything you need.

We cannot say enough good things about this stay!! The house is BEAUTIFUL, pool & hot tub was amazing, beds were super comfy. We made every meal at the house and had enough dishes for 5 guest. Plenty of towels were supplied (4 per bedroom). Beautiful wrap around pouch for sitting in the sun, very quiet neighborhood, only roughly 10 mins from down town pigeon forge with a lot to do. If I had to pick a con out of the whole stay it was that the heat rises so the downstairs was cold and upstairs bedroom was super warm. If you keep the downstairs bedroom doors closed it wasn’t bad in there but our guest had a hard time sleeping upstairs in the heat. Also the driveway could be very scary as it is a sharp turn and steep but well worth it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a nice getaway, grab your food from the local grocery store and you never have to leave!

The house was nice, but we were unable to enjoy the property due to lady bug attacks. The bugs we on the furniture, lights, tv, kitchen, beds and managed to get in the food and our hair. I have pictures to justify the horrible experience. The property manager or owners should have provided some form of compensation for us not being able to enjoy our stay. The host laughed at the issue and said my post will be removed, however all my friends on social media will be posting the property along with the conversations and pictures to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

Ricky was a great host. He was very accommodating. He even salted the driveway incase it snowed; on our last night. I do recommend for guest to bring extra toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags (we stayed 4 days, 3 nights) I recommend a broom instead of the electric sweeper for the ladybugs. The house is exactly as posted online. I loved that there were plenty of cooking pans, even a crock pot. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. The host made us feel welcomed and memories were made. Thank you Mr. Ricky.

The cabin was beautiful, with the perfect amount of seclusion. We were 12 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes from Gatlinburg. We could see no other cabins from our cabin. The hot tub was clean and enjoyed several times each day. We loved that every room had a king bed. My wife and I took the upstairs for ourself. Grandma and the kids had the downstairs. The kitchen was also stocked with all the tools we needed to cook. I cooked biscuits and gravy a couple times. One night I cooked lamb and butternut squash. The grill is propane and charcoal both. It had two propane tanks that were full and ready to go.

Where do I even start?! The cabin was everything my friends and I were looking for and then some. After a full day of fun and exploring everything Tennessee has to offer we absolutely could not wait to get back to the cabin to relax and unwind. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus for sure. I recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while visiting Tennessee. You will not be disappointed.

House is beautiful and swimming pool/hot tub were great. Unfortunately House has minimum condiments (salt and pepper). There is no hand soap, you are given one small pack of laundry detergent (good for two small wash) to use, two small (dollar-coin sized) soap bars per shower and two 2 oz. Shampoo bottles, no body wash or conditioner. We were a party of six and booked the cabin for 3 nights. They only had 2 trash bags for us to use and the toiletries were thin and flimsy. We had to use grocery bags for trash, bought our our laundry soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner, bought our own cooking oil and even bought our own hand soap. Power went out the fist night (we were without power for hours) due to storm, and host advised us to purchase flashlights; they do not have back up generator or portable light source in the house. We had patchy internet the first night. Oven did not work the entire trip. Host said they had handy man come and check and confirmed working but nope

The cabin was beautiful! We got creative in getting in the driveway - but it made for laughs along the way! The pool is smaller but the kids had a blast in it. We saw bear off the porch two days in a row. The surrounding area has a ton of opportunities for things to do. We had a few minor hiccups with internet and stove but they didn’t impact our stay hardly at all and Ricky was super responsive to my messages.

Ricky's place was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub. Ricky and Monique were very quick to respond to any message I sent to them. There is one road (Corner Heights Rd) to the cabin that was windy but not steep, goodle doesn't make this the first route so be aware you may be driving some steep roads using the first Google routes that come up. The driveway is narrow and steep so also be aware of that.

We absolutely loved the cabin. Ricky was a very responsive host. The cabin looked just like the pictures. The only thing different is my daughter loved the patio lights over the hot tub and now there is landscaping lights that look like fire. The pool was a huge hit with my adult kids and grand babies. Our only complaint, but doesn’t change our review is, the driveway. In order for me to be able to get my Chevy equinox up the driveway was to go up the hill to the next drive and come back down the hill. If you have a higher sitting vehicle it shouldn’t be an issue. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ricky's cabin. From start to finish, Ricky was an great host. When we encountered an issue during our stay, Ricky responded quickly and resolved it within a few hours. His promptness and willingness to assist made our experience even better. The cabin itself was fantastic— clean, well-maintained, and secluded, offering us the perfect retreat from our busy lives. The views from the cabin were awesome, giving us a true sense of the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. One of the highlights for our family was the pool! The kids absolutely loved it! After long days of hiking and exploring the area, it was incredibly refreshing to come back and relax in our own pool. It truly added a special touch to our stay. We highly recommend his cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable getaway in the Gatlinburg area. We look forward to returning someday!

This is a very nice place. The host was very nice and responsive. The kitchen was spotless and the pool and hot tub were definitely the highlight of our stay. The only problem/concern we had was some of our guests had trouble turning and getting up the driveway as it is a sharp and steep hill up to the cabin. The microwave didn't work until we found out that the breaker switch was tripped for some reason but after we figured that out and had our popcorn we were happy! I was a overall good stay and we wouldn't mind visiting again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ricky’s place. Pool was a little chilly but he forewarned us that it couldn’t be higher than 82 degrees. We loved the hot tub and the games upstairs even if we weren’t great. 😊 The view is amazing along with the porch and rocking chairs. So much to do near by. We would book again. The hill to get to the house was a little steep but it was no problem after the first time. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with all the lightning bugs, I’d suggest Ricky’s place.

Beautiful cabin and surroundings. The pool and hot tub were great! Our family of nine had plenty of room to spread out in the living room, rock in the porch chairs, eat at the spacious table and bar area and play in the upstairs loft. The kids absolutely loved it! The kitchen, bedrooms and laundry room were all spacious enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and some of us could have stayed at the cabin the entire trip without leaving it! We would highly recommend booking this cabin and plan to do so again when we schedule our next family vacation!!

Ricky was very quick to respond to any messages and questions I had for him. The cabin is was clean and tidy when we arrived. It is private so you don't see your neighbors but close to all the attractions in pigeon forge. (We saw a bear the last night of our stay just a quarter mile from the cabin) The pool kept the kids entertained on the rainy days. Loved the updated kitchen and appliances. We enjoyed our stay and if we find ourselves needing a mountain vacation in the future we would stay here again!

Our family loved the pool, hot tub, and mountain view. Ricky’s place is close to main attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was the perfect place to get away in seclusion, but also be able to get out and explore the area. The house was clean and accommodating and we were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub.

Immaculate upscale cabin with space for a busy young family. The hot tub and pool room were entertaining to keep the kids busy for hours…this home has all the supplies necessary to stay inside and never leave the house. It’s a beautiful home that rests on a steep driveway. It’s not a place to walk the neighborhoods but the safety of the cabin is within…I would be hesitant to stay here with snow. It’s near the downtown hustle and bustle. The cabin is remote enough to hear the birds and blowing breeze. Highly recommend with a durable car to get you up the driveway (even if it’s a Honda odyssey like I had).

Ricky’s cabin felt extremely homey. We loved our stay! The indoor pool was fantastic, and we appreciated that it was separate from the cabin with a separate digital code to get in. The kitchen was immaculate and easy to serve in. The huge, picturesque windows in the main living area are beautiful. The fireplace made us feel right at home. Great place to stay, and would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing and one of the cleanest places I’ve been to. Beautiful area and private. No complaints about the host. He was very responsive and helpful. No complaints about the place but if you do go, bring your own blankets as there are none. The beds are just a sheet and a light comforter. Also, not a complaint, just an observation, the cabin has no blinds on their big windows. . It’s not a bad thing as it is secluded, but for me I would rather have blinds because the sun can be overwhelming if you’re trying to watch a movie or something. Plus, I just like the privacy of blinds. The pool was great. My kids loved it. It wasn’t as warm as I would have liked, however, my kids still swam for hours. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this beautiful cabin! We had plenty of space for the six of us (my parents, my husband and me, and our two boys, ages 4 and 7). We traveled to PF as part of my oldest son’s birthday celebration, and my boys loved the entire “cabinet” (as my four year old called it 🤦🏻‍♀️😂). They especially loved the pool. The place was clean and just as pictured and described.

This cabin is fabulous!! It looks just like the photos and it’s brand new!! So clean and comfortable!! Love the beautiful log and wood interior, granite counters, comfortable layout. It feels so appropriate for a mountain getaway. The porches with rockers, even 2 for children, were just lovely! The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub!! What great amenities those were! And so clean!! The gameroom upstairs was much fun. Whoever designed this place thought of everything!!! Plus, the cabin is just 15 minutes from all the action of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood! If that all is not enough, Ricky is the ultimate host. He is responsible, responsive, and on top of everything!!! If we come back, this will be my first choice!!
