A lovely ski condo in quiet but easily accessed Ober Mountain in Gatlinburg! The place was clean and comfortable and Ricky was excellent in addressing all our needs (even sending back an item that we left behind). The only thing I would say is parts of the house may be due a minor refresh; one example, we weren't sure which dials to turn on for the stove because the markings were rubbed off, and the fireplace did not work no matter how hard we tried. Overall, did not make a big difference in our enjoyable stay, just some things that could be improved for a perfect stay.

Positives: Amazing view! Electronic game was a hit. Price paid matched overall stay. Location was convenient. Negatives: Place could use more updating and better lighting in hall bathroom. Carpeted bedrooms. Kitchen was tiny. Missing closet door in hallway where heat pump is located.

coin laundry on-site. the office only opens from 9 am to 5 pm and the coin should be obtained only during the business hours. the indoor pool is open from 9 am to 9:45 pm. saw two different bears on our way to the resort. the road is very steep/hilly so be careful driving when it is dark outside. the view is beautiful from the unit balcony and it has everything you need ( except for a pair of scissors ). the host is very quick to respond to any messages.

We had a wonderful stay at this Smoky Mountains condo! The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our group, and while the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was well-equipped and more than sufficient for our needs. Despite being up high in the mountains (which made for those amazing views), we were pleasantly surprised by how close we still were to all the local attractions and conveniences. There were a couple of minor drawbacks — the hallway bathroom didn't have a working lock, and the exterior of the building was under construction during our visit. The pools were just okay, and one of the hot tubs looked dirty and seemed to have mold. That said, none of these things took away from our overall experience. We really enjoyed our time here, would absolutely recommend it to others, and would love to stay again!

The house had beautiful views. The house looked like the pictures, but the pictures were definitely taken when the house was newer. Construction on the property location. The restaurants, entertainment, etc. was only a 10-15 min drive, but getting to the location was rough at night due to no street lights and driving on the edge of the mountain with barely any railing. It is at the very top of the mountain. If traveling for a Mountain View this is the spot.

You won't find a better place to stay or a better view! when we arrived it truly took my breath away, I've never seen anything like it! The condo was so cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Ricky was awesome and always responded right away. We so close to town and hiking trails and loved this location. This was a trip for the record books and we will absolutely be back to stay here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The views of the mountains were amazing pictures don't do it justice. The highlight of the stay for our kids was the pac man machine. It had all the ammenities we needed. We encountered a couple of small problems nothing major, but Ricky took care of it quickly.

Rick's loft is a stylish, roomy space. The 10-minute mountain drive was...an experience for a city dweller like me! But honestly, it's what made the location memorable and showcased the Tennessee landscape. Rick was accommodating, communicated well, and corrected issues promptly.
